Studio Policy
At Liveo, we are working on an appointment-only model during COVID. We rely on our clients for their appointments. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation in keeping your appointments or letting us know early if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us 24 Hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by emailing us at Hello@liveobeauty.com. If you don't cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.
Sick Policy
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with visible symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of your original service to reschedule.
No-Shows
At Liveo Beauty we adhere to a strict no-show policy. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
Booking
For groups of four or more, an 18% gratuity will be added. If you are interested in booking a more leisurely appointment for any size group (best for unexpected gel removals, late arrivals, etc.), or if your group is four or more, please email us at HELLO@liveobeauty.com to book. We encourage you to ask all attendees if they will require a gel removal. If you do not book a gel removal, we may not be able to accommodate your service as booked. Please note our separate group booking cancellation policy, which requires 48 hours notice in order to avoid the late cancellation charge.
